Metaroots provides social media management services for restaurants and local businesses. Our services include content creation, caption writing, hashtag strategy, scheduling, performance tracking, and managed advertising on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
Access and Use
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any content you provide. You may use the Services only if you are 18 years old or older and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
The form and nature of the Services may change from time to time without prior notice. Metaroots may stop or modify features within the Services at any time.
Client Content and Rights
When you engage Metaroots for social media management services, you grant us the necessary permissions to create, publish, and manage content on your behalf across your designated social media accounts. You retain ownership of your brand, trademarks, and any proprietary content you provide to us.
Content created by Metaroots as part of your service plan is licensed to you for use on your social media channels. Metaroots retains the right to reference the work in our portfolio or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Privacy
Any information you provide is subject to our Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection and use of information as described therein, including any communications necessary to provide the Services.
Payment and Billing
Service plans are billed monthly. Current pricing is listed on our Services page. Metaroots reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts are required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Managed Advertising
Certain service plans include managed advertising spend on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google. The advertising budget amounts listed in your plan represent actual ad spend managed on your behalf — not additional fees charged by Metaroots. Metaroots does not guarantee specific advertising results, as ad performance depends on platform algorithms, audience targeting, and market conditions.
Intellectual Property
All right, title, and interest in the Metaroots brand, website, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of Metaroots. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use Metaroots’s name, trademarks, logos, or other brand features without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. METAROOTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM OUR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT SERVICES, AS OUTCOMES DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METAROOTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Metaroots harmless from any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or any breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
